Our Story
Founded on the Passion for great beer
Sharing and talking about the uniqueness of amazing craft beer and the almost countless varieties in styles has been our passion from day one. One night, with a great group of friends and a few solid beers, including one that our founders created, we came to an almost immediate decision that we need to share our passion on a larger scale. We started with brewing many different styles and some odd experiments (yeah we put garlic in a beer). We started with sharing with friends and family, and eventually participating in local events and craft beer festivals handing out free samples and gauging feedback. While listening to what was working and also what wasn’t up to standard (yeah we make mistakes too), we moved forward with our plans to build a production brewery and taproom right in the heart of Windermere, Florida. We are extremely grateful for the support and feedback we have received on our journey and are more than stoked to share our love of great beer with everyone who walks into our brewery.

Commited to Quality
Yeah, it seems a bit redundant to say we are committed to quality, as that should be something any brewery worth their weight is committed to. The reason we highlight it is, we want you to know that we are always listening and changing based on what we are doing well and what could be better. This central commitment extends from our product quality to your experience in our taproom and to everything we put our name on. Commited to Community
Our commitment to our community starts with the local community we serve and extends to all craft beer lovers and industry members alike. We believe that there is no such thing as “going it alone” and we can only be the brewery we want to be by relying on the interdependence that exists within our local community and the larger craft beer community. We are committed to giving back when we can, and identify new projects, charities, & initiatives we can align with to fulfill this commitment.
Committed To the environment
Windermere, Florida is a beautiful place and a great lesson in how to live in harmony with nature. We think globally and act locally with our responsibility to environmental stewardship. We have taken initiatives to limit our footprint including an innovative water reuse plan where we utilize our process water to be used again in landscape irrigation. We have further plans to commit to solar power to offset the energy demand from our production and partner with local organizations to help further our environmental commitment.
Committed to responsibility
We don’t say “please drink responsibly” because some big corporate lawyer said so, we say it because we believe that living a full and healthy life is always about balance and moderation. We are very aware of our responsibility and position in promoting responsible alcohol consumption. With this commitment we promote getting help when you or loved one needs it for both mental health issues and substance abuse. We also know that we can implement many initiatives at our brewery to further this cause; from providing additional training to our staff, providing alternate non-alcoholic products, and providing a free ride share program.
